NSC | Unable to Remove the Support Tab from a Custom Center

Overview

Custom Centers in NetSuite allow administrators to personalize navigation for different user roles. However, some navigation tabs are controlled by the system and cannot be fully customized.

Scenario

An administrator customized a NetSuite Center and wanted to hide the Support tab to simplify the navigation experience for users.

Solution

NetSuite confirmed that this functionality is currently logged as Enhancement 126789: Custom Center/Custom Centre: Ability to show and hide the Support tab within SuiteIdeas.

Notes

  • The Support tab is currently system-managed.
  • Standard center customization does not allow the tab to be hidden.
  • Enhancement requests can be reviewed and voted on through SuiteIdeas.
