NSC | Unable to Add a Custom Subtab on the Subscription Record
Overview
Custom subtabs are commonly used in NetSuite to organize custom records, fields, and related information on transaction and entity records. However, some record types have customization limitations.
Scenario
An administrator wanted to add a custom subtab to the Subscription record to organize additional information and improve form usability.
The administrator created a custom subtab and tested different subtab types such as:
- Transaction
- Entity
However, the custom subtab still did not display on the Subscription form.
Solution
NetSuite confirmed that this functionality is currently logged as enhancement request:
