NSC | Resolve Error: "Field 'accessrole' Not Found" on Workflow Conditions
Use Case:
Users may encounter the following error in the Workflow History log when a Workflow action condition uses the Role field:
Error: Field 'accessrole' Not Found
This occurs because the Role field is no longer supported in Workflow action conditions in NetSuite 2025.1. Replacing it with the User Role field resolves the issue.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows
- Locate the preferred Workflow and click Edit
- Open the Workflow State where the action is located by double-clicking the State
- Click the Workflow Action that contains the condition
- Under Condition, update the Condition Builder by replacing the existing condition that uses
