NSC | Resolve Unexpected Error Which Occurs Upon Saving of a Custom Transaction Form

Use Case: 
 
Users may encounter an unexpected error when saving a custom Sales Order transaction form. 

One possible cause is the presence of excessive Intercompany Management entries within the form’s Field Groups configuration. Removing the duplicate or unnecessary entries resolves the issue. 

How It Works: 

1. Log in using the Administrator role 
2. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms 
3. Locate the preferred Transaction Form and click Edit 
4. Click the Field Groups tab 
5. Select Main 
6. Locate the excessive Intercompany Management entries 
7. Remove the unnecessary entries by clicking the X icon on the last column 
8. Click Save 

This will remove the excessive Intercompany Management entries and help prevent the unexpected error when saving the custom transaction form.
