NSC | Resolve Error: "That Bundle No Longer Exists in the Source Account." During Bundle Update
Use Case:
Users may encounter the following error when attempting to update a NetSuite bundle:
That bundle no longer exists in the source account.
This error typically occurs when the source account or the bundle itself is no longer available or active.
How It Works:
1. Identify the Source Account where the bundle originated.
2. Verify the following conditions:
- Check if the bundle still exists in the Source Account
- Verify that the Source Account is still active
- Confirm whether the bundle belongs to a third-party account
Note:
If the bundle is from a third-party account, contact the bundle owner to verify whether the bundle is still available for installation.
