NSC | Print Status in Uppercase on the Sales Order or Invoice Form

Use Case: 
Businesses may want the transaction status on Sales Orders or Invoices to appear in uppercase for consistency, readability, or formatting standards on printed forms. 

Creating a custom transaction body field with a formula allows the status to automatically display in uppercase.

How It Works: 

1.Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New 

2. On the field setup page, enter the following: 

• Label: Enter a label 
• Type: Select Free-Form Text  
• Store Value: Uncheck the Store Value box  

3. On the Applies To tab, select Sale 

4. On the the Display tab > Validation & Defaulting Tab:  

• Check the Formula box
