NSC | NetSuite CPQ Product Stuck on Loading
A user is setting up NetSuite CPQ and testing a product in Standalone mode, but the product remains stuck on Loading. The user has already prepared questions and answers, organized tabs, loaded materials, and configured pricing sources from materials. The same product worked earlier in sandbox with only questions, but after adding the full configuration setup, the product no longer loads.
Check whether the employee accessing the configurator is enabled as a NetSuite CPQ Configurator.
To review this setup:
- Go to Lists > Employees > Employees.
- Edit the employee record
- Open the Access subtab.
- Look for the NetSuite CPQ Config User checkbox.
