NSC | Custom Transaction Body Field Label Changes Not Appearing for All Users
Use Case:
Users may notice that changes made to Transaction Body Field labels do not appear for all users.
This behavior is caused by language-specific field translations in NetSuite.
How It Works:
Changing the user’s language setting from:
English (International) to English (U.K)
resolved the issue and displayed the updated field labels correctly.
To apply the label changes for all users without requiring them to change their language settings:
- Reset or update the field labels using one language setting
- Change the Administrator language preference
- Update or save the field labels again
This refreshes the field translations and allows the updated labels to appear correctly for all users.
