NSC | Changing the Display Order of Item Price Levels

Scenario:
The user wanted to change the display order of Price Levels shown on Item records in NetSuite, such as moving certain frequently used price levels to the top of the list. Attempts to customize the form layout did not affect the order in which the price levels appeared.

Solution:
In NetSuite, the display order of Price Levels on Item records is not directly customizable through forms or user preferences.

Price Levels are generally displayed based on:

• Alphabetical order by name
• Internal creation order/internal ID

Because of this behavior, the standard workaround is to rename the Price Levels using prefixes that control the sorting order.
