NSC | Missing “Continue to Shipping” Option in Ship Central After Packing
Scenario:
The user was using Ship Central and noticed that after completing the packing process, the “Continue to Shipping” option was not appearing. Despite reviewing the available Ship Central documentation, the cause of the missing shipping step could not be identified.
Solution:
This issue is commonly caused by incomplete Shipping Partner configuration within NetSuite.
To verify the setup:
- Navigate to:
Setup > Company > Enable Features - Confirm that:
- Shipping Partners is enabled
Next, verify the Shipping Item configuration:
- Create or edit the Shipping Item used in Ship Central.
- Ensure Shipping Partners are properly configured under:
- Shipping Rate tab
- Shipping Labels tab
- Save the Shipping Item.
