NSC | How to locate the Print template for Purchase Order
Scenario
The user needed to identify and locate the Print Template currently being used in their account, as they wanted to modify the format but were unable to find the template.
Solution
- Open a Purchase Order record
- On the upper right corner of the screen, hover your mouse to Customize then click Customize Form
- The Print Template value indicates the current template being used for transactions that share the same transaction form.
- To find the actual template,
• NetSuite: navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Templates, then find the set Print Template name on the list.
• NetSuite Next: Click Explore (hamburger icon in the bottom left corner beside the home button). In the menu, go to
