NSC | Setting a specific Invoice Form for Subscription Invoices
Scenario
The user created a custom form specifically for their Subscription Invoices and wants to use this form exclusively for all Subscription-related invoices.
Solution
- Upon creation of the Billing Account
- • NetSuite: Go to Lists > Relationships > Billing Accounts > New
- • NetSuite Next: Click Explore (hamburger icon in the bottom left corner beside the home button). In the menu, go to Lists > Relationships > Billing Accounts > New
- Set the desired form under Invoice Form field
- Note: You can also set the desired Cash Sale Form
- Click Save
Make sure to set the specific Invoice Form on all Billing Account records to generate Invoice in the same format.
