NSC | Changing the Font for a Financial Report Row
Scenario
A user is customizing a financial report and wants to change the font for a specific report row. However, the font options may not be available in the Financial Report Builder.
By default, reports use the Open Sans font. To change fonts in financial reports, the related personal preference must be enabled first.
Solution
Verify the following:
- Navigate to Home > Set Preferences.
- Open the Analytics subtab.
- Confirm that Customize Font on Financial Reports is marked.
- Review role permissions
- The user must have both:
- Financial Statements
- Report Customization
- The user must have both:
If either permission is missing, the user may not be able to customize the report or access the needed formatting options.
