NSC | Understand Available Fields on the Invoice Sales Orders Page
Use Case:
Users may notice that the Additional Columns list on the Invoice Sales Orders page includes Custom Fields that are not deployed on Sales Orders.
This behavior can cause confusion when adding fields that do not display any values on the page.
How It Works:
The Invoice Sales Orders page retrieves values from Sales Order records.
When clicking the Customize button and viewing the Additional Columns subtab, the available field list includes:
- all standard Sales Order fields, and
- all Custom Transaction Body Fields
This occurs regardless of whether the Custom Field is actually deployed on Sales Order records.
