NSC | Display Transaction Currency on the Main Section of Records

Use Case: 
Users may want to display the transaction currency directly on the Main section of transaction records for easier visibility. 

This can be achieved by creating a Custom Transaction Body Field that sources the transaction currency dynamically. 

How It Works: 

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New 
2. Enter the following: 

• Label: Enter a label 
• Type: Select Free-Form Text  
• Store Value: Remove the checkmark  

3. Click the Applies To tab: 

• Purchase: Check the box  
• Sale: Check the box  

4. Click the Display tab: 

• Subtab: Select Main  

5. Click the Validation & Defaulting tab: 

• Default Value:{currency} 
• Formula: Check the box
