NSC | Disable User Error Email Notifications for Script Owners
Use Case:
When a bundle containing scripts is installed, the installer becomes the Script Owner by default.
If a script encounters a User Error, the Script Owner may receive email notifications. Users who do not want to receive these notifications can disable the setting on the script record.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Scripts
- Locate the preferred Script and click Edit
- Click the Unhandled Errors tab
- Disable the following option:
Notify Script Owner: Remove the checkmark
5. Click Save
This will stop email notifications from being sent to the Script Owner when the script encounters a User Error.
