New to NetSuite | Prerequisites for Installing the Software Vertical Contract Renewals SuiteApp

in Advanced Accounting & OneWorld

Before installing the Software Vertical Contract Renewals SuiteApp, make sure the required NetSuite features are enabled in your account. These prerequisites allow the SuiteApp to create and manage the custom records and scripts needed to support contract renewal processing.

Enable required NetSuite features

  • Administrators can review these settings from Setup > Company > Enable Features.
    • Custom Records
    • Server SuiteScript
      • For Server SuiteScript and Client SuiteScript, you must agree to the SuiteCloud Terms of Service when enabling them.
    • Client SuiteScript

Confirming these prerequisites before installation helps avoid setup issues and ensures the Software Vertical Contract Renewals SuiteApp can function as expected. As a best practice, validate the setup in a sandbox account before installing or configuring the SuiteApp in production.
