NSC | Retrieving Transactions Deleted by Mistake
Scenario
A user accidentally deleted several transactions in NetSuite and needed to determine whether the deleted records could still be retrieved or restored.
The user wanted to know what options are available to review information about the deleted transactions and whether the original records can be recovered.
Solution
If the requirement is to review information about deleted transactions, the details can be accessed through the following options:
- Navigate to Transactions > Management > View Audit Trail to review deleted transaction activity.
- Create a Deleted Record saved search by navigating to: Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New. Then select Deleted Record as the search type.
