NSC | Tracking Invoice Amount Changes and Users Through Saved Search

Scenario

A user wanted to create a Saved Search in NetSuite to track how many times the total amount of an Invoice had been edited and identify which users made the changes.

The business needed to review Invoice amount changes for transactions modified after 11/01/2025 and wanted the search results to include: Invoice number, Customer, Old Invoice amount, New Invoice amount, User who made the change and Date of the change.

The user reviewed the System Information tab and attempted to use a CASE formula based on System Notes fields to identify Invoice amount edits but needed guidance on the correct Saved Search setup and formula logic.
