Workflow Transition not working
I created a workflow that looks like this:

The transition shown is pretty much as simple as it can get. It just checks a field to see if it has something in it (Is Not Empty). The field is a custom list, but I have also tried the same thing with a date field.
The earlier transitions in the screen capture have no conditions at all and work fine. I originally had the transition going from the Create EchoSign Document directly to the Order Approval state, but broke it out to see if that would help. The Awaiting Medical Approval state does nothing. Just a place holder so that I could see what is going on.
