Seemingly simple...how to populate "Quantity Available" into a custom field
Greetings,
I've done several rudimentary workflows, but this simple task has me stumped.
- Workflow based on item saved search
- Custom field (Decimal type)
I am simply trying to populate the custom field with the Quantity Available.
- We do have multi-location (doubt that's the issue...but I suppose it could be)
The item enters the workflow, and the log says:
Action execution FAILED: You have entered an Invalid Field Value ERROR: Field 'quantityavailable' Not Found for the following field: custitem_inv_available
I get the same result when trying to use 'On Hand' as well.
I have tried a couple of "trigger on" states, but maybe I am missing something there as well.
