Workflow Emails
I recently created a workflow to send an automatic email when an opportunity is closed and needing to be invoiced. The issue I am running into is that each time a sales team member goes into the opportunity to add information and saves, another email is sent out. I am looking for suggestions for how I can set up the workflow to only send the email out once, when the sales person originally closes the opportunity.
