Point of Sale solutions (besides Retail Anywhere)

I there another POS solution out there besides the Retail Anywhere option?  We received an "upgrade" a month ago and are in worse shape than before the upgrade.  I need a solution that has support.  Currently no need for mobile but would be an added benefit.  Any suggestions are desperately appreciated.
