Track ROI if sending email through workflow

Hi...
i am sending the email to leads/customer through workflow.
Is it possible to track if the user have clicked through link in the email or they purchase something after recieving the email which i am sending email through workflow

same as we can do through Marketing Campaigns and can track ROI by Marketing Campaigns.

Is same thing possible with workflow
