Quota vs Actual Reporting Problem

Hi Everyone,

I'm a first time user so please bear with me while i get a feel for this forum and channel of communication!

We've recently implemented Netsuite and are having problems on a quota vs sales report, namely, it doesn't work.  I have logged it with customer support but alas 2 months later (Status: S2) and still no remedy has been found!

I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem?
