How to add "Partner" as an "Other Relationship" en masse to 200+ Lead records?

Hi all -

I have a number of lead records that we realized should actually be Partner records. We are OK leaving them as leads for now, so I thought it would be best to add the Partner as an "other relationship" on the record. Is there a way I can do this en masse that anyone knows of? Or perhaps there is another best practice for it?
