One World Implementation

I may be going to One World this year, has anyone implemented that can give me an idea of how long this might take?  I will probably largely self-implement, as we did our general instance but may bring on PS to  help accelerate but I need to develop some estimates and I dont have any idea how much work it would be to set up a foreign subsidiary.  TIA!
