Unexpected Error when saving an item

We started facing a strange issue that we noticed around 4:00pm ET today.

When trying to edit and save an existing item, the system throws an Unexpected Error.

I tried creating a new item from scratch and still same error.

I tried the following combination:
• Inventory and Non-Inventory Items
• Used multiple browsers
• Used both a custom and a standard item form
Still the same error.

I also tried it on a seperate account we have and the same thing happens there as well.

Created Case # 1176048

This is affecting our revenue since items cannot be put on the webstore.

Please help.
