Mysterious Changes

Anyone else experience mysterious changes in their account?  We have had several strange issues pop up.

The billing tab of orders now has a "payment events" sub tab which has the cvv info we used to have right in front of us on the billing tab.

Our accounting tab has altogether disappeared on some sales order forms.

When searching for transactions by date, the results no longer reflect the date filter at the bottom of the page.

There may be more, but these are three instances in which we had working systems in place suddenly go all fubar. 

Any ideas or similar experiences?  Seems to have happened all within the last 7-14 days.
