Emails bouncing?

I have had a number of emails bounce today. What I cant understand is if this is a netsuite problem or a problem at my customers end or a problem at my ISP. Is there an expert on the forum that can identify the cause of the bounce and give instructions on how to fix? Here is the bounce:
