New Sales Order Button/Menu Item Missing from Customer Record

As of today, the New Sales Order function no longer shows in custom or standard customer forms, either in the options for the main screen or on the financial tab.

We had it set as a menu item on the main section, and a button on the financial tab.

Anyone else experiencing this?
