SuiteScripts are not being recognised

Hi,

Hope someone could help me with this, thank you in advance for your time.

I have a custom script deployed on the case record which is not being recognized at all and i am getting a JS_EXCEPTION suddenly which was all fine last Friday.
I did ensure that the function names are updated correctly on the form, custom code section and the latest version of code is uploaded onto file cabinet.
The script is deployed on the correct record.

Type: Client  Function: clientFieldChanged  Error: JS_EXCEPTION  ReferenceError clientFieldChanged is not defined
