Personalize New Bar Across Company

Hey all,

Is there a way to have the personalization settings from the New Bar apply across all accounts in a particular role?

An example of the new bar is under the customer record, between the Print icon and "More actions" dropdown. You can select Personalize from the New Bar dropdown, but it would be great to have this apply to all users, at least as a default.
