Override Price Levels for specific item class?

Not sure this is even the place to post this.  I have a Customer who has price levels of List, List Less 10, List Less 20, etc.  Is there a way to default an item to always price at list price level?  Or to force all levels to same price when saving item?  I need to set all of a specific item class to have no discounts.  Looked at Workflow, but cannot get at price levels on the set field values.  Looked at Mass Update and couldn't see how to work that.  I don't code but could find someone to
