Pre-Selecting Least Cost ship method?

I am reaching out to the community for ideas.  We do a significant number of Amazon shipments where we get to determine the method to deliver the orders to the customer.  We have found that there are certain weights and delivery destinations that we believe we could save significant dollars by changing what method an order should ship via.

Is anyone aware of a product, service, technique that would let me process Amazon orders as they arrive into NetSuite that would select the least cost shipping method?  We use FedEx and United States postal service and this would also apply to just domestic orders.  Willing to chat with NetSuite partners if you have a solution.
