Saved Search with Fulfillment Number of Packages dilema
I am trying to create a report for our Warehouse group to report daily on the number of packages fulfilled (Not Orders) so I am going after type=Fulfillments, Mainline=Yes, and Tracking Number=Not Empty.
I am grouping by date and summing package count.
If every order had only one package the search works perfectly. My problem is when an order had more than one package. If an order has 2 packages fulfilled then I get 2 lines returned with mainline = yes and each has a package count of 2. Now when that is summed the value becomes 4 and not the 2 I am looking for. I then tried count using the Internal ID concatenated to the Line ID but oddly the Internal IDs AND the Line ID are exactly the same for both lines so my count equals 1.
