Saved Search Drill Down does not work for Division and Department

We have started to use the Department field to represent our Sales Channels because it is open to the budgeting feature.  Therefor many of our saved searches now use these fields.  Originally we used a custom list field called SalesChannel to store the sales channel selection.

When trying to Drill Down/Into the original field we had no issues but now when I use the Department or Division fields I still get every record.  I do have a Filter set for both Department and Division.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.   :h_a_w:
