Daily Item Receipt Report

Hi, I'm currently running a scheduled daily transaction search with an overview of the day's item receipts. I'm hoping to be able to run an additional transaction search that only lists items that were previously out of stock or backordered. I had assumed there would be a field with the previous values of fields that had been updated in the transaction (specifically onhandquantity). Is that the case?
