Saved Search of Saved Searches

I was excited to discover that I can create an exportable list of all my saved searches, but then immediately disappointed to see that options like Available as List View and Send Scheduled Emails are not available in Results. They're only available in Criteria. Is there a way to create a single "catalog" of saved searches that shows which options are checked and unchecked for each?
