ADDLIST web services operation with concurrenct user results - MAX_RCRDS_EXCEEDED

Using Jitterbit to integrate expense reports from Concur to NetSuite and receiving the following error.

Connector Error: Your concurrent NetSuite account access has exceeded limit! Retry Max Reached: 280
Caused by: FaultString: The maximum number ( 200 ) of records allowed for a ADDLIST operation has been exceeded.
FaultCode: soapenv:Server.userException
