Advanced Promotions broken?

I can't used Advanced Promotions at all. When ever I try to select any options other than the standard form I get the following message:-

You cannot use an Advanced Promotions form after selecting Standard Promotion on the previous page. If you want to create an advanced promotion, go to Lists > Marketing > Promotions > New >, and select an advanced promotion type.




The problem is my path is Lists/CRM/Promotion Codes/New there are no further options so I always end up on the standard form. Is there a way around this or is this broken for everyone?
