Shortcuts no longer open in new window

I never know which section of this forum to post my complaints, this is not really a Dashboard issue since the Shortcuts menu is on EVERY PAGE of netsuite.

Anyway, my shortcuts which are checked to "Open in a new window" now open in the same window. So I have to CMD+Click, or CTRL+Click. Anybody else getting this trouble, or is it my end?
