KPI Scorecard - unable to change search used for Custom KPI
Hi there -
I have a number of KPI scorecards that we use as our dashboards. I am using all 10 Custom KPIs, having defined searches for each.
I need to *change* the search used for one of the Custom KPIs to a different search. When I re-define the Custom KPI by choosing a new search from the drop down list, the KPI does *not* change - it continues to use the old definition. If I change the search itself it works, but I want to change it to a *different* search, but the calculations continue to use the *old* search.
Has anyone run into this before? And if so, what can be done to fix it?
