Contact Role on Standard Contact Form
Hello,
When creating a new Contact, I am unable to choose their role (i.e Primary Contact, Decision Maker). I cannot find the option to add to my contact form. When I add a new contact from the customer record, the Contact Role option is there. Alternatively I can "Update Primary" on the customer record and it gets me there.
I'm trying to add this to the standard Contact form, as it is one less step to add from there. Has anyone else experienced this?
