Inventory Out of Stock Report

Hi all,

I need to put together a report showing every date that our available inventory for each item hit 0 at a particular location.

I'm trying to figure out if this is possible to run via a formula or a report in NetSuite.

I'm not sure if NetSuite records that kind of information historically or if it's a calculation of transactions against current inventory for a given date. Hoping someone else might have done something similar in the past.
