Deleting Intercompany (paired) PO/SO

I'm building some automations around the Intercompany PO and SO process.  I'm trying to 'cleanup' some test transactions, but can't seem to delete them .. I get

You cannot delete this transaction because it is paired with an intercompany transaction.

I've tried deleting the PO first, than tried deleting the SO first.  They have no related records.

Any ideas?
