Saved Search for Shipped Sales Orders

I'm trying to create a saved search that gives similar results to the "Sales Orders by Customer Detail" Report.

Why? Because I want to schedule it to send PDFs and I can't seem to do that with a report.

The problem I'm running into is how do I filter the results to only show Sales Orders that are shipped.

I'd do this by the tracking number but since we ship DHL sometimes that field isn't always filled in.

What criteria can I filter on?
