Defaulting Line Item Sales Order Locations?

Not sure really where should be posted...  How can I default where the LOCATION field on line items of a sales order set to?  I have a user that only reates sales orders for a specific location.  When they create a new sales order and set the location at Main Line=Yes to Location C I would like for all line items entered for that sales order to also default to Location C.  Currently they are left blank and the user must select the location on the individual line items.  I have the role set to Only location they are assigned
