Where to Inactive a Custom Record's default entry form?
We would like to make Inactive the Custom form that was installed with a bundle. We customized a new layout for the business. We would like the older transactions to display with the new form, already marked Preferred.
The list at Customization >> FOrms >>Entry forms doesn't display the form to make it Inactive.Record form
The Forms tab of the Custom Record, doesn't have an Inactve box.
Cannot edit to mark the original Custom Form as it creates a copy.
The form is not locked by the bundle.
