Sublist of Case Messages
We would like to enhance the Cases subtub or add a new subtab that gives us a n at a glance view of the Cases message contents as they relate to a Customer.
I customized the default Cases Sublist by adding Message from the Messages table.
This does display the content of the messages which is good but it duplicates each of the entries into the sublist view. So a case that had two messages, will display 4 entries. A case that has 1 message will only display one.
Does this sound familiar to anyone. Main issue is wanting to display an at a glance view of Case messages without clicking on each of the Case's individual View History buttons.
